Call our office to schedule a virtual visit when you need care. Appointments are typically available within 24-48 hours.

Get Seet for Zoom
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a Zoom link and instructions. Make sure you’re in a quiet, private space with good internet.
STEP 3
Meet With Your Provider
At your scheduled time, join the Zoom meeting to speak with your provider—just like an in-person visit, but from the comfort of home.

What if my condition gets worse after a virtual visit or I need immediate help?
We provide clear follow-up instructions after every visit, including when to contact us or seek emergency care. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
How quickly can I get an appointment, and do you offer same-day visits?
We offer same-day appointments for urgent conditions. Routine appointments are typically available within 24-48 hours.
Will I see my pain provider for my virtual care visits?
No, to ensure you receive the most appropriate care for your virtual health needs, we’ll connect you with a provider who specializes in telehealth and the specific conditions that can be effectively treated through virtual visits.
Can you order lab tests, X-rays, or other diagnostic tests through virtual visits?
No, our virtual care providers cannot order lab tests, X-rays, or other diagnostic tests. Virtual care is designed for conditions that can be diagnosed and treated through visual assessment and patient history alone. For any health concerns that require diagnostic testing, we’ll refer you to your primary care physician or an appropriate in-person healthcare provider who can order the necessary tests and coordinate your care.
What if I need a physical exam or procedure that can't be done virtually?
When a hands-on examination or procedure is necessary, we’ll refer you to an appropriate in-person provider or facility. We can coordinate with local clinics and ensure they receive your virtual visit notes and medical history to provide seamless care.
Do you prescribe controlled substances or pain medications through the virtual care program?
Our virtual care providers do not prescribe controlled substances. If you have questions or concerns about your pain medications, you will need to address them with your pain provider at your monthly visit. For all other controlled substance medications, you will need to see your primary care physician.
