Does your office accept insurance?
In order to provide the best service for our patients, our office currently does not accept insurance. In our experience, insurance creates too many hurdles for our staff and patients. By not accepting insurance, we are able to focus all our efforts on providing exceptional service for our patients. However, our patients typically use insurance to cover the cost of medication at the pharmacy.
How often do I meet with a provider?
You’ll meet with a Phusion Wellness provider once a month.
How does the telemedicine option work?
We use a HIPAA-compliant video telemedicine app, so you can meet with your provider in the safety and comfort of your own home. We require an in-office visit every 6 months, but your other visits can be done via telemedicine.
How do you ensure patients aren't misusing their medication?
We require our patients to complete a urine drug screen and pill count every three months. We’ll also contact an advocate/emergency contact of their choosing every 3 months to make sure they’re on track with their medication.
Do you send the medication to my regular pharmacy?
Yes, we’ll electronically send your prescription to your pharmacy.
