Does your office accept insurance?
In order to provide the best service for our patients, our office currently does not accept insurance. In our experience, insurance creates too many hurdles for our staff and patients. By not accepting insurance, we are able to focus all our efforts on providing exceptional service for our patients.
How often do I meet with a provider?
You will meet with a Phusion Wellness provider once a month.
How does telehealth work?
At Phusion Wellness, we use a HIPAA-compliant video telehealth app that allows you to meet with your provider from the safety and comfort of your own home. In addition, we also provide the option to come and meet in person.
How do you ensure patients stay compliant?
We require our patients to complete a urine drug screen and pill count every three months. We also reach out to the patient’s selected advocate or emergency contact quarterly to ensure they’re staying aligned with their care plan.
What is the best way to contact your office?
